How do I make an order?
At Discount Cigarettes Trade, ordering is easy and fun. You click on the cigarettes you want to put them in your shopping basket by clicking “Buy”. You can take things in and out of your basket when you click “View Cart”. If you want to take something out of your basket, click “Remove”. When you’re done shopping, just click on “Purchase Now” which will take you to our secure online order form. After you have filled out all of the information, we check to see if your credit card is approved. You will get an email from Discount Cigarettes Trade when your order is shipped.


How do you protect my personal information?
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We NEVER sell our client lists to anyone, whether it is a private business or a government agency. We also do not keep any list of credit card account numbers at our company.


What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa credit card or electronic check only. All of our prices are in US dollars.


How do I pay by electronic check?

  • Get your checkbook
  • Pull out the next valid check and fill it out to us
  • Copy all information from that check into the prompts in the checkout order form
  • When finished, press “Proceed with Purchase” button.
  • Write VOID on your check and note the amount you paid and keep for your records
  • You will see this check show up cashed in your next monthly checking band statement


How long does it take to process an order?
If paying by credit card, orders are shipped out 24-48 hours if they are placed on a business day. This is longer when the orders placed on weekends or holidays.
If paying by electronic check, the orders can take up to 5 business days to process, but usually only take 24-48 hours. PLEASE NOTE: the day you signed your check will always be different from the day we actually receive your money. On your monthly bank statement, the date we get the money will differ from when you wrote the check.


How long until I get my order?
For America: 2-3 weeks
Rest of world: 1-3 weeks.

Please feel free to contact us if your order is late. If you give us your order number, or your name, shipping address and date of order, we can trace the package for you. If it still hasn’t shown up after 25 days, we declare it stolen or lost. Then, you will have a choice of a replacement shipment or a refund. You will NOT have to pay any extra charges.


Is it legal to ship tobacco products?
You bet it’s legal. In America, shipping tobacco by mail is legal under the Universal Postal Convention of September 1999. 189 other countries agree to this.
If you live in America and buy foreign merchandise, you are an “importer”.
With our company, we expect to be paid before we ship your order. Once the order is paid for, we no longer own the merchandise. The importer now owns it. You as importer are responsible for knowing the shipping laws of the town you live in. If you aren’t sure, contact your local tax office and they’ll be glad to help.


Should I pay the duty tax when my order arrives?
In America: There is no duty tax
Not America: Duty taxes may be applied according to the country you live in. If you discover you are charged with a duty tax, you can either pay it or refuse to your order and have your post office mark it RETURN TO SENDER. If you do choose to refuse your order because of any duty tax, we will gladly refund your money.


What mail service do you use? Is there a faster way to get my order?
We ship all orders Registered Mail for our protection and the protection of our customers. You must sign for your order when it arrives. We use no other shipping service.


What are your shipping rates?
The shipping is free.


Why have I only received part of my order?
If you have a very large order, we have to ship it in separate boxes. Due to current regulations, we can only ship one box per customer per day. So the rest of your order should soon show up.


How do I change my Automatic Recurring Account?
Email us anytime at [something at so and so dot com] to change any information or to cancel your Automatic Recurring Account.


What is your refund policy?
Glad you asked. Here at Discount Cigarettes Trade, we are not satisfied until you ARE satisfied 100%. With any problems, please contact customer support at [email address here] with RETURN in the subject line to bring it immediately to our attention. In the body of the email, please include your order number, the product you are unhappy with and the reason why.
If your order is declared lost or stolen as described in or Terms of Use document, then you will have the choice of a replacement at no extra charge or a full refund.
